In the Qing dynasty,following the example of the Ming dynasty,local governments,prefectures and counties were set up to manage local affairs.In addition,in order to strengthen the management of the local government,"hall" was added to the administrative organs from the Jiaqing dynasty.Because the school's teaching content is mostly based on the Confucian classics such as the four books,the five classics and the complete principles of nature,it is also called the Confucianism of the government,the hall,the prefecture and the county.In this paper,the study of government,government,state and county schools started from the establishment of Liaoyang school in the eleventh year of Shunzhi(1654)and ended in the abolition of the imperial civil examination in the thirty-first year of Guangxu emperor(1905).There are four parts:The first part,the introduction part of the paper,focuses on combing the research status of northeast official education in the Qing dynasty,and expounds the research background,research significance,research methods and innovation of northeast official education in the Qing dynasty.The second part,namely the first chapter of the text,analyzes the background and reasons for the establishment of fu ting zhou xian xue in the northeast of Qing dynasty.This paper introduces the construction situation of fu ting prefecture and county in Shengjing area,Jilin province and Heilongjiang province in detail.It can be seen from the construction situation that the construction of fu ting prefecture and county in northeast China in the whole Qing dynasty can be divided into two stages.In the early Qing dynasty,it was concentrated in Shengjing area;in the middle and late qing dynasty,it was concentrated in Jilin province and Heilongjiang province.The third part,namely the second chapter of the main body,mainly discusses the management of fu ting zhou xian xue in the Qing dynasty.It is divided into two parts: the first part discusses the establishment and management of academic officers,including management system,academic officer establishment,academic officer duties and salary.In the Qing dynasty,most of the educational instructors in the prefectures,departments,prefectures and counties ofthe whole country were all filled by people from their own provinces.However,compared with the provinces within the pass,the education in Shengjing was relatively backward and the teaching staff was short of.The second part mainly studies the academic system,the school quota and the teaching in the northeast of Qing dynasty.Students are divided into LinSheng,hyperplasia,volatile oil,were fixed.Its teaching content is mainly Confucian classics,in line with the imperial examinations.There are many kinds of examinations and complicated procedures.The fourth part,namely the fourth chapter of the text,mainly discusses the status and role of the northeast learning in the Qing dynasty.Although the status of education in the northeast of the Qing dynasty was inferior to that in the eight banners,it provided a valuable opportunity for the children of the people in the northeast of the Qing dynasty to receive education and played a positive role in cultivating talents,improving social atmosphere and promoting the development of local culture and education.It was an important part of the education history in the northeast of the Qing dynasty.
