The Inspiration Of Alexander Technique To Chinese Children's Chorus Training

I came across the Alexander technique by chance,and I've been fascinated by its charm ever since,Constantly through various channels of its research and learning,I've found its principles and some of its practices to be extremely helpful in many situations in life?Due to lack of experience,the author has encountered many problems in the teaching of children's chorus,I tried to apply Alexander's technique to the chorus training of children's voices.As expected,I solved many problems that were difficult to be solved before?Therefore,I hope to extend Alexander's technique to more people.Especially for those educators who are also engaged in children's chorus teaching as I am,If even a little help can be given to their work,My purpose was accomplished.This paper is divided into three parts,The introduction mainly introduces the basis of this article,research status and so on;The second part briefly introduces the core idea of Alexander technique and several important concepts;The third part describes the development of children's chorus in China,and common problems in children's chorus training,an example of using Alexander's technique in children's chorus teaching.Finally,I summarize the enlightenment of Alexander technique to the training of children's chorus in China.It is hoped that Alexander's technique can attract more people's attention and be widely applied in life and work.
