The supervision system in the feudal society of China has a long history and is an important part of the ancient Chinese political system,which maintains the normal operation of the state machinery.The Ming Dynasty was the peak period of the highly centralized rule of the central government in the ancient feudal society of China,in which the supervision system carried on great changes and created a new supervision system that had an impact on China for more than 500 years.Zhu Yuanzhang,the emperor of Ming Dynasty,changed the imperial platform to take charge of the national supervision work for the Du Cha Yuan,which strengthened the unification of the imperial power and consolidated the feudal rule,and played an extremely important political role at that time.However,there are two sides to everything.We should take a dialectical view of the imperial court system of Ming Dynasty.We should not only learn from its advantages and strengths to improve the current reform plan of China’s supervision institutions,but also summarize its historical experience and lessons,and strive to build a supervision institution with the nature of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper is divided into two parts: introduction and text.The introduction part explains the research value and significance of this topic,expounds the research summary of this topic,and analyzes the writing methods of this paper,as well as the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.Through a systematic study of the Du Cha Yuan in the Ming Dynasty,this paper deeply analyzes the role and influence of the Du Cha Yuan in the society at that time,and puts forward a rational reflection and historical reference for the Du Cha Yuan in the Ming Dynasty.The text is divided into three parts:The first part introduces the development process of the supervision institution in Ming Dynasty,which was gradually changed from the imperial platform to the Du Cha Yuan in the early Ming Dynasty.Then it analyzes the two main functions and powers of the Du Cha Yuan in Ming Dynasty,that is,supervisory power and judicial power.The exercise of the power of supervision has played a positive role in clarifying the administration of officials and rectifying the rules and regulations,ensuring the normal operation of the state machinery.To a certain extent,the exercise of judicial power promoted the judicial fairness and justice of the society at that time,and maintained the stable operation of social order.The second part discusses the characteristics of the Du Cha Yuan in Ming Dynasty by combining with the special background of Ming Dynasty,then makes comments and considerations on the Du Cha Yuan in Ming Dynasty,and discusses the relationship between the Du Cha Yuan and various supervision subjects in Ming Dynasty.In Ming Dynasty,the central government set up two supervision institutions,namely,the Du Cha Yuan and the six departments,and the local supervision institutions,such as the supervisor,the governor and the governor,There is an inseparable relationship between the court and other supervision institutions.At last,it analyzes the historical status of Du Cha Yuan in Ming Dynasty.In the third part,according to the analysis of Du Cha Yuan in Ming Dynasty,it puts forward the rational reflection and historical reference to Du Cha Yuan.Our country is in a critical period of deepening the reform of the supervision system in an all-round way.Through the rational reflection on the system design of the Ming Dynasty’s Du Cha Yuan,we can have a greater inspiration,with a view to putting forward the historical reference for the Ming Dynasty’s Du Cha Yuan,hoping to play a role in the reform of the supervision system in our country. |
