Under the background of fair and quality educational connotation development,the emphasis on "teaching" and "learning" is the inevitable trend of micro-class teaching,and it is particularly important to attach importance to students' learning guidance and strengthen it.Especially the proposition of core discipline literacy,Front-line teachers,experts and scholars pay more attention to effective English learning guidance in primary school.Existing research on learning methods and strategy guidance provides useful inspiration for further exploration and improvement of the effectiveness of learning guidance.However,there is still a lot of room for research perspectives,especially the lack of a perspective that regards the student as a whole person whose self-consciousness is gradually becoming clearer,and the autonomy is gradually increasing.This research which is based on the visionary leadership theory uses empirical research methods such as questionnaires and interviews to explore and grasp the state of English learning guidance of high-level graders in primary school,analyze the problems behind the situation and their causes,and propose corresponding suggestions which are expected to benefit frontline English learning guidance practice and improve the quality of English education in compulsory education in the new era.Through the questionnaire survey of some elementary school senior students in H City and the interviews with some teachers,combined with the author's observation during the internship process and the experience of the author's teaching,the author found the following problems: as far as students are concerned,first is lacking of interest in learning;second is learning method is not ideal;third is that the overall application of learning strategies and methods is at a low level.As far as teachers are concerned,first is lacking the understanding of students' English learning vision;second is misunderstanding the learning guidance;third is inappropriate way of learning guidance.The further analysis of the research results shows the deep reasons: for students,failing to form their own learning strategies and methods;the vision of English learning is not clear enough.For teachers,the guidance of learning strategies in English curriculum standard didn't be paid enough attention;large class size and the neglectof the shared vision's construction;the burden of going to a school of a higher grade is too heavy,and student's reasonable learning vision has not been taken seriously.Finally,this study proposes the following strategies for optimizing English learning guidance for senior students in elementary schools from the practical problems of English learning guidance for senior students in elementary schools and the policy requirements of English teachers as guides,facilitators and guides for students' English learning: In terms of students,paying attention to the formation of learning methods and strategies while emphasizing knowledge and skills;clearing and firming learning vision,and striving to seek support and help from parents,peers,teachers,etc.In terms of teachers,understanding curriculum standards accurately and attaching importance to learning guidance based on shared vision,understanding primary school English learning guidance correctly;constructing the shared vision of teachers and students in teaching and learning,improving the effectiveness of learning guidance;cooperation and communion,establishing Vision-based teaching models;focusing on visionary actions,exploring the learning guidance ways in and Out of Class which correspond to efficient learning.
