Archaeological Research On Female Jewelry In Tang Dynasty

Jewelry is a symbol of the development level of human culture and a display of the spiritual outlook of a specific era and nation,which plays an extremely important role in the development of human civilization.The prosperity of the tang dynasty,strong economic strength,coupled with the mid-late tang dynasty society advocating luxury,jewelry variety,style rich.The study of jewelry unearthed in tang dynasty is of great significance to the restoration of social history,the understanding of social features and customs in tang dynasty and the development of jewelry in modern society.This paper is divided into three chapters to study the jewelry of tang dynasty:The first chapter is the introduction,which is mainly to determine the research scope and related concepts of this paper,and to summarize the archaeological findings and research results of jewelry in the tang dynasty.In the second chapter,the archaeological data of eight kinds of jewelry,such as the tang dynasty hairpins,hairpins,combs,bracelets,earrings,rings,beads,chains and collars,and crowns of pearl and pearl are systematically collected and sorted out.Earring,ring,bead string,chain and collar,precious pearl flower corolla unearthed information is less,only divided into shape and system regardless of material.Third chapter combines the second division of jewelry type,could be divided into five areas: the tang dynasty jewelry ? area in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River is the guanzhong region and hilo-systems,? area of the changjiang river in jiangsu and zhejiang area,? area of haihe river basin systems and,in the middle reach of Yangtze river area,? area ? area: the lower reaches of the pearl river area of guangdong.The first two areas are divided into four periods: early tang,high tang,middle tang and late tang.This paper makes a preliminary study on jewelry modeling,decoration,technological changes and popularity.The fourth chapter discusses the production technology of tang dynasty female jewelry and the system of tang dynasty imperial concubine's wedding dress reflected by the pearl pearl crown.
