As the increasingly fierce competition between countries and the tightening of environmental resources, cultural products have attracted worldwide attention due to their low energy consumption, low pollution and high returns. It contains not only the commodity attributes, but also the cultural meanings such as a country's culture, habits and values.Trading of cultural products can promote the economic development as well as our culture to the world. It plays a very important role in the global competition. Therefore, our country propose the strategy to promote cultural products trading and encourages our cultural products to participate in the world competition. With the introduction and implementation of the "one belt and one way" strategy, the cultural market of the countries along the border has become a new opportunity for the development of China's cultural products trading.China has put forward a series of policies to provide policy support for promoting cultural exchanges and trade cooperation between China and the countries along "The Belt and Road".According the definition of UNESCO of cultural products, this paper selects the bilateral trade data of cultural products of 65 countries along "The Belt and Road" from 2007 to 2017,we established the cultural products trade network and used the complex network approach to analyze it.From index of overall network, node of centrality and Characteristics of local clustering,we selects some relevant indicators to analyze the structural characteristics of the network. At the last,we use the QAP regression to analyze the factors affecting network connections. The results are as follows.(1)The cultural product trading links between the countries along "The Belt and Road" have been gradually strengthened, trade relations between countries are closer, the average path length is decreasing, and the clustering coefficient is relatively high, which is a "small world" network.(2)From node of centrality point of view,China,India,Thailand,Singapore and other countries in the whole network have established universal export trading links.China has not established import links with all countries in this areas. With regional security situation better and better,Arab countries have become a new importing market.(3)The heterogeneity of network is gradually weakening. From the perspective of both exporting and importing, the heterogeneity of exporting is higher than that of importing. It shows that the import trading of the whole region is more uniform, and some countries have great impact in exporting.(4)The community structure of the network, during 2007 to 2017,can be divided into two stages.During this period, the integration and splitting of associations led to tremendous changes in the trading pattern.(5)In the analysis of the influencing factors of cultural products trading network of countries along the line,GDP,mutual language and mutual border all have positive effects on the network.Geographical distance and cultural distance have a negative impact on the establishment of trade links.
