Research On The Development Of Dance Management In Contemporary China

This article mainly relies on the knowledge theory of art management and takes dance management experience as an entry point to analyze the current status and management strategies of dance management in China.First,the article starts with the three aspects of dance management connotation,nature and management methods,discusses the dance management methods from a macro and micro perspective,and lists specific dance management methods.Secondly,taking dance industry organizations,dance institutions,and dance managers as the main management body to explain,analyze the current development status of dance industry organizations and dance institutions.As a dance manager,in addition to having excellent professional qualities,it also acts as a bridge between actors,choreographers,dance works and audiences in actual dance management activities.Finally,this article puts forward specific management strategies for the dance troupe,dance project and theater,and summarizes the management relationship between the three.The last part of the article mainly conducts case investigations on the Shanghai Ballet and the dance drama "Eternal Wave",specifically analyzes the successful management experience of the two and looks forward to the future development direction of dance management.
