With the rapid development of children's piano education in China,it has become a trend for parents to train their children to learn piano.The particularity of children's piano education lies in that the physical and mental development of students at this stage is not perfect.In the teaching process,piano teachers need to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,pay attention to stimulating children's interest in piano learning,cultivate children's music aesthetic ability,and make every student realize their best development.The author has received systematic and standardized piano education since childhood,both undergraduate and postgraduate stage have studied in the Department of music education,took basic courses in pedagogy and psychology.The author has been practicing piano teaching since the spare time in university,and has been exploring how to combine the music education theory with piano teaching practice.By observing and thinking about the current situation of children's piano education in our country,facing a series of existing problems such as different piano learning purposes,different ways of piano learning,unbalanced development of education between different regions,lack of unified standards in social level examination,the author has some reflections.This urges the author to look back on the process of children's piano teaching,and through recounting the teaching stories that the author has experienced personally,to reflect and summarize the achievements and the improvements that need to be made,the purpose is to lay a foundation for better piano teaching in the future.This research adopts the method of educational narrative research.First of all,it gives a basic overview of children's Piano Teaching.Secondly,the author takes the teaching process of children's piano as the object of narrative research,and presents the research text in the form of case study.Then,it makes a comprehensive analysis of the narrative materials formed by cases,and makes a deep reflection on the current situation of children's piano education.In daily teaching,the author pays attention to recording teaching notes,including the learning situation of children,the teacher-student interaction between the author and the children,attitudes of parents,the experience and understanding of the author in the teaching process.These teaching notes are the origin of the vivid and educational teaching stories.The author unfolds these narrative materials in accordance with the teaching concept,teaching process,teaching content and other parts,retells teaching stories from the perspectives of researchers and participants,and uses the narrative style of narration and discussion to vividly reappear the personal feelings and understandings in the teaching process in front of the readers.Finally,the author analyzes and interprets these children piano teaching cases from the outside to the inside,including the application of various teaching methods,the embodiment of the principles of pedagogy and psychology,the experience summed up in teaching and the existing deficiencies,and the author also tries to describe how to effectively use the research method of educational narrative to study the specific steps of piano teaching.Through the narrative research,the author visualizes the actual teaching situation and teaching reflection in front of the readers,in this process,the author's teaching ability and research ability have been significantly improved.The author hopes that this paper can play a role in drawing lessons from others,so as to arouse the resonance of the piano educators,and make contributions to the piano education in China.
