| Daily hassles are an important factor affecting the physical and mental health of individuals.Acculturation pressure is a kind of pressure generated in the process of acculturation,which may lead to the decline of individual physical,psychological and social health,anxiety,depression,marginalization,alienation and identity disorder.In the process of studying and growing up,the Miao adolescents need to learn,accept and recognize the Han culture.However,their customs,religious beliefs,language and other aspects are different from the Han culture.Is acculturation pressure an important source of annoyance for Miao adolescents in their daily hassles? In addition to acculturation pressure,what other life and learning things are small,but the Miao adolescents are troubled? In this study,the Miao adolescents were used as research objects to explore the content and structure of daily hassles of Miao adolescents and their relationship with problem behaviors and coping styles by revising the questionnaires on daily hassles of Miao adolescents.In the first study,daily acculturation hassles was defined as the pressure and hassles that Miao adolescents felt due to their identity and culture in daily life.Through the open questionnaire,preliminary investigation of the daily hassles of Miao nationality's cultural adaptation,providing an empirical basis for the study of the revision of the "Miao Adolescents Daily Hassles Questionnaire".An open questionnaire survey was conducted among 154 adolescents from three miao villages in xiaoba town,qixingguan district,bijie city,guizhou province.The results showed that the subjects' hassles about acculturation mainly included four parts: ethnic identity,family and village conditions,ethnic communication,and cultural traditional consciousness.In the second study,adopts the revised "Miao Adolescents Daily Hassles Questionnaire",students of the Miao nationality in primary schools of grade 5,grade 6,middle school,and senior high school in wenshan zhuang and miao autonomous prefecture of yunnan province,qiandongnan miao and dong autonomous prefecture of guizhou province,bijie city and liutanshui city were selected as subjects.A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed and 553 valid questionnaires were returned.After conducting confirmatory factor analysis,it was found that the daily hassles of Miao adolescents include seven dimensions: study,interpersonal relationship at school,family life,ethnic identity,family and village conditions,ethnic communication,and cultural traditional consciousness.The "Miao Adolescents Daily Hassles Questionnaire" consisting of 29 items,meets the requirements of psychometrics.The alpha coefficient of each dimension and the total questionnaire was between 0.523 and 0.859.In the third study,the characteristics of daily hassles of Miao adolescents and their relationship with problem behaviors and coping styles were investigated by using questionnaires on "Miao Adolescents Daily Hassles Questionnaire","Revision of the Daily Hassles Questionnaire","Adolescent Behavior Questionnaire",and "Simple Coping Style Questionnaire".The results show that:(1)Compared with 560 Han adolescents,553 Miao adolescents scored significantly lower than the Han adolescents in the dimension of learning from daily hassles.In problem behaviors,the score of learning maladjustment was significantly lower than that of Han adolescents,while the score of withdrawal behavior was significantly higher than that of Han adolescents.Among the coping styles,the scores of positive coping and negative coping were significantly higher than those of Han adolescents.(2)Among the daily hassles of Miao adolescents in acculturation,the highest score is the cultural traditional consciousness,followed by family and village conditions,ethnic identity and ethnic communication.There are significant differences between male and female students in the family life dimension of daily hassles.There are significant differences between different grade students in the dimensions of study,interpersonal relationship in school,ethnic identity and ethnic communication.(3)There are significant differences in the dimensions of aggressive behavior and disciplinary behavior among Miao adolescents of different genders,but no significant differences in positive and negative coping.There are significant differences in the dimensions of learning maladjustment,disciplinary violation,withdrawal behavior and test anxiety among Miao adolescents of different grades,as well as in positive and negative coping styles.(4)There is a correlation between daily hassles and negative coping and problem behaviors of Miao adolescents.The results of path analysis show that daily hassles can directly affect problem behaviors,and negative coping plays a partial mediating role,which accounts for 11.99% of the total effect.In summary,this study mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The daily hassles of Miao adolescents include seven dimensions: study,interpersonal relationship at school,family life,ethnic identity,family and village conditions,ethnic communication,and cultural traditional consciousness.In addition to the daily hassles caused by the same study,interpersonal relationship in school and family life as the Han adolescents,the Miao adolescents have their own unique daily hassles in acculturation,that is he daily hasles caused by national identity,ethnic communication,cultural traditional consciousness and family and village conditions.(2)Among the daily hassles of Miao adolescents,the highest score is the daily hassles in learning.Among their hassles in cultural adaptation,the highest score is the worry of cultural and traditional consciousness.There were significant differences in family life dimensions between the two sexes.There are significant differences in learning,interpersonal relationship,ethnic identity and ethnic communication between different grades.(3)The daily hassles of Miao adolescents directly affects their problem behaviors,and negative coping plays a part of mediating role in their daily hassels and problem behaviors. |
