Questionnaire Compilation And Current Situation Investigation Of College Students' Hometown Complex

Hometown complex is a lasting and profound emotional connection between individual and hometown,it is a typical psychosocial phenomenon of Chinese people,it contains the common feelings of Chinese people towards hometown.From the ancient "falling leaves returning to their roots" and "returning hometown after getting fame or money" to the modern "the spring festival migration",all show people's strong hometown complex.Moreover,the farming civilization and local culture of China determine that the Chinese hometown complex has more profound connotation than other countries,therefore,the study of hometown complex will help us to understand the psychological characteristics of Chinese people more deeply.At present,the research on hometown complex is mainly based on sociological and literary perspectives,mostly descriptive,lack of empirical research from psychological perspectives.On this basis,from the perspective of psychology,this study takes college students as the research object,compiles measurement tools on the basis of constructing the theoretical structure of hometown complex,explores the current situation of college students' hometown complex,and tries to make a qualitative analysis of the more prominent characteristics of college students' hometown complex.The main conclusions are as follows.(1)College students' hometown complex is a three-dimensional structure which includes the sense of hometown identity,the sense of hometown security and the sense of homesickness.The hometown complex questionnaire for college students has good reliability and validity,and can effectively support the follow-up study?(2)College students' hometown complex is generally in the upper middle level,among which the sense of hometown identity is the strongest.Specifically,female college students show more prominent hometown complex than male college students,rural college students show a stronger sense of homesickness than urban college students,the sense of hometown security of college students from the local city and local province is more obvious than those who come from the same provincebut different cities and those from different cities and different provinces;the most interesting thing is that Yunnan students show stronger hometown complex than non-Yunnan students.(3)Qualitative research shows that the characteristics of Yunnan college students' hometown complex are differential perception,cognitive bias and home trait perception,among which strong cognitive bias and home trait perception may be the reasons for their strong home complex.
