A Study On "Fan Ren Fan Yu" As The Phenomenon Of Literary Criticism By Fans On The Internet

In the past 20 years,the vigorous development of network literature has brought great challenges and new topics to contemporary literary criticism.After experiencing ups and downs,reader criticism in the era of printing culture rises again in the Internet era and forms a phenomenal form of criticism--fan criticism.However,due to the heterogeneity of fan criticism itself and the different literary criticism views from traditional criticism,the acceptance and recognition of fan criticism is low in the academic circle at present and there are many controversies.This paper,from an objective and real standpoint,tries to reveal the inner activity mechanism of fan criticism and its heterogeneity different from traditional literary criticism by analyzing the typical case of fan criticism,"FanRenFanYu".As a case study of "FanRenFanYu",this paper adopts the method of comparative research and textual research,place the "FanRenFanYu" in the context of the history of literary criticism,and emphatically compared with printed media scholars of the era of criticism,and connecting with the economic and social phenomenon such as fans subculture fans of "FanRenFanYu" such as the rise of the new criticism form,form an in-depth analysis and reflection.Through the analysis of the phenomenon of "FanRenFanYu",we can grasp the existence mode and value function of the new form of contemporary readers’ criticism--online fans’ criticism.This paper consists of introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction part starts from the network literature criticism,expounds the importance of reader criticism in the network culture era,and finds the theoretical basis for the legitimacy of fan criticism in the field of network literature criticism from the symbiotic relationship between media and literature criticism.The main body consists of three chapters.The first chapter starts with reader criticism in the era of printing culture,and points out that the change of media form has caused the rise of new cultural form,that is,the emergence of fan subculture in modern society.The second chapter focuses on the formation process,production platform,production subject and text features of the classic case of fan criticism--"FanRenFanYu".The third chapter explains and reflects on the meaning of fan criticism.Although fan criticism itself has inevitable defects,as a special product of the Internet era,it points out a new direction for the establishment of the future network literature criticism paradigm.In general,"FanRenFanYu",as a representative case of fan criticism,is a new fruit of literary criticism in the digital media era.It appears in accordance with the law of the development of network literature,but we also need to conduct a reasonable guide to its strengths and weaknesses,combining the old with the new,so as to create a criticism system adapted to the development of network literature,the cause of China’s network literature to a new height.
