The degree of attention directly affects learning and working efficiency,and attention status can be improved through special training.Neural feedback training is an effective tool to improve attention.Aimed at attention status improvement,this paper studies the effect of neural feedback training based on visual stimulation,imagination movement and “mindfulness” game to improve attention status,and completes the "mindfulness" game neural feedback attention training system design.In order to compare the effects of three kinds of neural feedback training,namely visual stimulation,imaginary movement and "mindfulness" game on attention improvement,the changes of approximate entropy,sample entropy and ranking entropy of EEG signals before and after training are analyzed.The results show that both alpha and theta rhythms of channel AF3,AF4,F7,F8,F3,F4,FC5,FC6 increase,and beta rhythms decrease after all the three different kinds of neural feedback training,which is statistically significant.Based on the particle swarm optimized support vector machine,the effects of classification before and after the three different neural feedback trainings are compared and analyzed.According to the results,the classification correct rate of the "mindfulness" game neural feedback training based on approximate entropy feature quantity is up to 88.13%.Based on sample entropy eigenvalue,the maximum classification accuracy of the "mindfulness" game neural feedback training is 82.5%.Based on permutation entropy eigenvalue,the classification accuracy of the "mindfulness" game neural feedback training is the highest,which is 83.86%.The classification results before and after training show that the effect of "mindfulness" game neural feedback training on improving attention is the best.Based on the multifractal theory,the fractal singular characteristics of EEG signals before and after neural feedback training are analyzed.The results show that the singular spectrum width of EEG before training is 1.1319.After the feedback training of visual stimulation,imagination movement and “mindfulness” game,the singular spectrum width of EEG signals respectively change to 1.2441,1.1526 and 1.2575.The results show that the singular spectral width of EEG signals after neural feedback training is larger than that before training,which indicates that neural feedback training is effective in improving attention status.Furthermore,the attention test is performed on the subjects in combination with the schulte grid test scale.The results show that after three kinds of neural feedback training,the test time of the scale is significantly shortened,indicating that the attention level is improved.Based on the chip keil5 and STM32F105,the hardware platform of the neural feedback training system of "mindfulness" game is designed.Based on VS2010,SQL Server and MATLAB,the software evaluation design of "mindfulness" game neural feedback training system is completed.The system can effectively intervene and evaluate attention status.
