With the concept of human destiny community idea and strategy of "area",Chinese and influence of Chinese culture around the world,more and more foreign students and overseas Chinese learners of the Chinese traditional culture,including diet culture,produced a very keen interest in the role of culture teaching in the teaching Chinese as a foreign language is enhanced.Starting from the traditional Chinese food culture,this paper selects the fifth episode of the widely concerned 2018 food culture documentary flavor of the world--?night rain of rivers and lakes? as the teaching resource of Chinese as a foreign language.The film carries the food culture of different regions,full of cultural atmosphere,fresh material,clear perspective,is a rare food culture teaching material.The first chapter is the introduction,which briefly introduces the reason and significance of the topic,research status,research methods and teaching methods.The second chapter firstly analyzes the arrangement style of ?night rain of rivers and lakes?from the aspects of content,language and culture,and on this basis,summarizes the advantages of the film as a teaching resource of Chinese as a foreign language.Third chapter for the teaching practice,the integrated use of situational teaching method,task,teaching method,teaching method on the basis of the game,a more detailed interpretation of the video content,so that students in a master basic language knowledge on the basis of further understanding the Chinese food culture,and through the questionnaire survey,it is concluded that the teaching feedback to carry on the teaching reflection,so as to improve the reliability and validity of diet culture teaching to add brick add tile.Chapter four is the conclusion.
