| In the teaching of vocabulary in TCFL,for a long time,most of them have been based on the whole word and directly regard vocabulary as the basic unit of teaching.With the continuous innovation and reform of TCFL education,more and more scholars have focused on morphemes one level lower than vocabulary,paying attention to the important role of morphemes in vocabulary teaching,which has been mentioned by some scholars.The introduction of Chinese morphemes into teaching Chinese as a foreign language can achieve twice the result with half the effort in the process of teaching,and can also make up for the shortcomings of explaining meaning with whole words in textbooks for a long time.This article first explores the origin and explains it from the perspectives of linguistics and psychology.It includes the definition and classification of Chinese morphemes,the concept of mental lexicon and the representation model,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up discussion.In the second chapter,two experiments are carried out to verify whether L2 learners possess Chinese morpheme awareness and the conceptual nodes when they form words.These experiments provide a basis for further teaching strategies.Chapters3,4 and 5 provide specific teaching strategies and suggestions on the basis of the first two chapters,as well as the limitations and shortcomings of this study.It is concluded that the second language learners have a preliminary awareness of Chinese morphemes after a period of learning,and morpheme meaning is an important strategy for the second language learners to understand the meaning of words.In addition,the correlation between morpheme meaning and word meaning is different,and the way of morpheme teaching is different.The closer the morpheme meaning and word meaning are,the easier the morpheme teaching method is,and the easier the learners understand it.Common morphemes and common morpheme meanings are easier to be used as conceptual nodes.In the process of teaching Chinese morphemes,teachers should strictly control them,plan ahead for specific morphemes and vocabulary,and prevent learners from excessive analogy.By helping second language learners to establish the connection between morphemes and vocabulary,it is helpful to expand their vocabulary.It is also in line with the characteristics of Chinese,so that learners can better understand and learn Chinese vocabulary. |
