Research On The Evolution And Development Trend Of Competition Pattern Of Line Dance Competition In China

The so-called line dance refers to the international standard dance,which takes music as the core,changes in dance steps as the basis and cycle of passages as the important means of expression.As a typical representative of responding to the call of national fitness for all,line dancing is not only simple,ornamental,entertaining and other characteristics,but also has multiple functions such as fitness,heart-building,body-building,so it is loved by the majority of groups.With the help of the East Wind of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,China has set off a wave of popular participation in line dancing.In just ten years,line dancing has developed into a new popular fitness project with the largest number of participants and the widest audience.With the more frequent exchanges between line dancers,they are eager to show themselves and discuss their skills on a larger and more professional stage.Line dancing events have emerged as the times require.The development of anything can not be separated from the wave-like progress of problems and countermeasures.There are also some problems in line dancing competitions,such as limited group level,small area coverage,single competition items,non-standard competition organization and so on.The article using the method of literature review,video observation,barreto classification,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,to analyze the competition situation of 2015-2017 line dancing league finals,in order to understand the changes of competition pattern,summarizing the evolution characteristics of competition pattern,giving advice and suggestions for the development of line dance competitions in China,and assistance the popularization of line dance.The results showed:(1)China’s line dance league is still in the process of continuous development and improvement in terms of group setting,project setting and competition rules.(2)In 2015-2017,the number of medals and the distribution of medals in various regions of the line dance league have changed to varying degrees,forming different competition patterns and group characteristics.(3)The main evolution characteristics of the competition pattern in China’s dance league are as follows: Hunan province is a leader,and its dominance is unassailable.The excellent performance of Shandong province relying on the skewer project has sprung up and its stamina.The strength of Beijing has declined,and the overall performance has fallen to the edge of the top eight.The overall strength of East China,represented by Fujian province,is still strong.South China and the northwest region have few gold medals,and it is difficult to shake the original pattern of the dance.(4)The evolution of the competition pattern in China’s dance league is manifested in three aspects: core competitiveness,teacher strength and competition awareness.The article starts from the construction project-driven model,standardizes the referee’s assessment criteria,expands the market development of the competition,establishes the “two-handed” layout of universal popularization and technological improvement,builds a diversified communication channel,and strengthens the theoretical research and textbook construction of row dance,it is hoped that it will be of benefit to the development of Chinese line dancing competitions and the vigorous development of line dancing in the future.
