Analysis And Research On The "Chinese Language Teaching Idols"

In 2007,China established the master degree of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages,aiming at cultivating practical talents to students who have a solid knowledge of Chinese and have good cross-cultural communication skills and can engage in Chinese teaching in various schools all over the world.MTCSOL is the new degree in the international education of Chinese language.Therefore,the attention is needed in order to cultivate and develop soon to be teachers.Thus,the Confucius Institute Headquarters/Hanban organized the “Chinese Language Teaching Idols”,and gathered Chinese people and foreigners from MTCSOL to participate in the competition.Through the examination of the teaching ability,the quality and level of the national MTCSOL are improved,and the reform of the training mode is promoted.The paper comprehensively introduces and compares the first and second " Chinese Language Teaching Idols ",and analyzes the impact of the "Chinese Language Teaching Idols" on the national cultural soft power,TCSOL and MTCSOL.And the teaching enlightenment of TCSOL was obtained through the study of the content of the two " Chinese Language Teaching Idols ".At the end of the paper,the shortcomings of the " Chinese Language Teaching Idols " were pointed out and relevant suggestions were put forward.This competition tailored for MTCSOL,the meaning of the “Chinese Language Teaching Idols” is worth exploring.The study of the " Chinese Language Teaching Idols " has an extreme significance on clarifying the reform of the related talents,the training model of the MTCSOL and the career of TCSOL.
