Entrepreneurship is a systematic project.This article argues against the radical concept of resource integration.Entrepreneurs should attach importance to the important role of entrepreneurial team behavior integration and incentive.Only through the integration and incentive of entrepreneurial team behavior can the enterprise produce sustainable value,the enterprise can obtain dynamic ability and competitiveness,and the valuable resources can be transformed into the competitive advantage of the enterprise.In the context of transition economy,new ventures have gradually become the driving force to promote the transformation of industrial structure and accelerate the process of marketization.How to enhance the incentive of new ventures has become a common concern of entrepreneurship academia,practitioners and policy makers.The unique market and institutional situation formed during the gradual transformation from planned economy to market economy not only creates abundant profit and growth opportunities for new ventures,but also makes them subject to strong resource constraints.In order to fully integrate resources to develop opportunities,start-ups need to continuously acquire entrepreneurial knowledge from both internal and external sources,which is of strategic value only when integrated with entrepreneurial team behavior.It can be seen that how to effectively integrate these decentralized entrepreneurial team behavior is the key to promote incentives for start-ups.Based on this,this paper explores the integration mechanism of new ventures and reveals the role of entrepreneurial ability in the transformation from team behavior integration to performance.This paper takes the transition economic situation as the research background,and takes the entrepreneurial team of A Culture Company as the research object.Starting from the perspective of entrepreneurial ability,it explores the behavior integration and incentive of entrepreneurial team of A Culture Company.On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature on team behavior integration and incentive,this paper studies the effective measures of team behavior integration and incentive,analyzes therole of behavior integration and incentive on entrepreneurial performance,and provides a reliable basis for further enriching team theory. |
