Spirit Appears Through Images

Art works need the intervention of inspiration,the lack of inspiration works as if lost their soul.Inspiration in the picture can be reflected in the choice of subject matter and the corresponding language.While inspiration comes from life,reviewing three years of study is essentially a process of finding one's own painting language.On the other hand,whether consciously or unconsciously,people are constantly cognizing and shaping themselves.The identification of one's own identity is also a proposition throughout one's life.Approaching graduation,I was about to leave the campus at this time to ask myself more and more strongly.In such a quest,I decided to combine my feelings about life and my understanding of oil painting with my most familiar peers to create portrait series "we" as my graduation works.Easel painting through the impact of photography to show a variety of styles to show their exuberant vitality,each of the artistic pursuit of art workers are trying to find their own unique way of expression.The current painting art is not a fixed classic,it is a comprehensive development,is the visual and spiritual common product.In the 1980 s,professor chaogo put forward the relevant viewpoint of painting spirituality--he believed that painting should have spirituality,which should be considered in painting creation.This paper makes a series of analysis and discussion on the problems related to spirituality.In my opinion,spiritual painting should be a work full of the spiritual appeal of the author behind the picture and expressed by appropriate language.Graduation portrait series of paintings "we" is a portrait as the carrier,to the expression of the spirit as a starting point,through their own attention and language exploration of a painting practice.This article from the creation background,the creation idea,the creation process and the creation experience four parts to elaborate the creation "we" the mind road course and the concrete creation experience step by step.Through this creation,I have a further understanding of the painting itself and the expression of spirituality,which provides guidance for future creation.
