A Study Of Essence Chinese-Korean Dictionay

"The Essence Chinese Korean Dictionary" was first published in Korea in 1966.It is one of the top dictionaries in Korea at that time.Therefore,the dictionary has great influence on Korean lexicography and Korean Chinese learning.This paper mainly studies the dictionary which is from Korea publishing company,MinZhongSeoLim,2010.This paper researched and used comparative method with "Chinese Great Dictionary" and "Modern Chinese Dictionary"and "Modern Chinese Dialect Dictionary","Chinese Idiom dictionary"," Chinese Xiehouyu dictionary",there are some problems on content of lexicography aspects in "Essence of Chinese-Korean Dictionary".The two edition of the dictionary is used as the foundation,"The Essence of Chinese Korean Sictionary" inherited the first edition of "New China dictionary"(1966)and the second edition of "The Essence of China language Dictionary"(1990)of the frame and the entry contents,use Korean and Japanese words Chinese characters Chinese characters word problem,the example of correcting errors and the suggestions are put forward,a total of 25.There are some shortcomings in the compilation of“The Essence Chinese Korean Dictionary",including inaccuracy,incorrect translation,classifying words,part of speech tagging,and no entries.This paper corrects the examples and puts forward 61 suggestions for modification." The Essence of Chinese Korean dictionary" insufficient entry compilation,including missing words or words of the expression of ancient Chinese letters,miscellaneous problems etc.This paper for correcting errors and the suggestions put forward,a total of 16.In addition,from the perspective of readers' needs,it is suggested that the contents of "The Essence Chinese Korean Dictionary "should be supplemented,and the entries and meanings should be rearranged.Although this thesis mainly analyzes the essence and existence"Dictionary" problem,put forward more than 100 correcting errors and revisions,but obviously for Korean Chinese learners,this tool not only in history has played a significant role,until today it is still very important.We believe that,if the dictionary is able to keep pace with the times and carefully revise it,it will always be able to undertake the important task of communication between China and Korea.
