The relationship of married woman and her family is an important part of women’s life,and the whole life of married women is not confined to her husband’s family.Thus,in order to understand the real life of the social women in Sung Dynasty,it is necessary to carry out the study of the relationship of married woman and her family.In Sung Dynasty,the relationship of married woman and her family has influenced by the rule of the country,the family training family,and the official ritual ceremony.The development of commodity economy promoted property legislation,and further protected the relationship of married woman and her family.The general relationship of married woman and her family mainly includes the marriage and born of the married woman,visit her parents after marriage,the daily contact and help,condolence and the relationship of ordinary people from birth to death with her family.Also,the special relationship of married woman and her family mainly including marriage,husband lives with his wife and uxorilocal,interference marriage,Long-term mothering,funeral matters.In this study,we selected the order of the ordinary person’s life trajectory,and focusing on various factors of the actual life,which could lead to the pattern of ‘within the family,outside the parents’ home’ and then produced contact with her family.The property inheritance between married woman and her family,mainly introduce in the judicial practice,non-household wills to separate production,households in the case of the sub-production.Based on the instance,it can clarify the nature of female inheriting and male inheriting,and analyzes what kind of situation will break the balance within the family and resort to legal means.The relationship of married woman and her family in Sung Dynasty was influenced by the classical etiquette and good execution ability for the etiquette norms.However,various factors in real life led to the marriage of married woman and her family to escape the prescribed scope and form a special relationship.The development of commodity economy promotes economic legislation,the married women in accordance with the law to inherit property,and protect the interests of married women to a certain extent.The combination of the three factors was able to make the relationship of the married woman and her family presented a parallel of ritual law,and combined with the characteristics of reality.
