Study On The Protection And Inheritance Of Folk Intangible Cultural Heritage In The Perspective Of "Local-Knowledge"

The concept of local knowledge is intended to show that scientific knowledge is a kind of standardized local knowledge.Its generation and development are all in the dynamic process of practical change.It is not static and standardized knowledge in the traditional sense,but has local characteristics.Folklore intangible cultural heritage,as a local culture of a specific region and group,contains its own internal operating principles and mechanisms in its formation process,which is similar to the concept of local knowledge in philosophy of scientific practice.Therefore,using the philosophical view of local knowledge to observe the protection and inheritance of folk intangible cultural heritage will help to excavate the local knowledge contained in folk intangible cultural heritage.The study of intangible cultural heritage of folklore is mostly from the perspective of folklore,anthropology and sociology,focusing on basic theoretical research,but less from the perspective of philosophy.Based on the perspective of "local knowledge" in the philosophy of scientific practice,this paper studies the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage of folklore,reveals the local characteristics of intangible cultural heritage of folklore from the historical and local situations,and provides an important theoretical basis and ideological enlightenment for the study of traditional culture.Firstly,the current situation of the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of folklore in China is systematically expounded.Then,it makes a detailed analysis and Discussion on how to better protect and inherit the intangible cultural heritage of folklore from three aspects: situational,diversity and expansibility.It also digs deeply into the hidden local knowledge to provide practical support for our further research.The feasible solution is put forward.The way of analogy research is not only helpful to reveal the historical and local contexts contained in folk intangible cultural heritage,but also helpful to clarify the essential difference between "local knowledge" and scientific theory.It can further provide practical basis for the study of local knowledge and promote the theoretical research of philosophy of science.
