National Culture Protection Under The Background Of Tourism Economic Development

As an important achievement and landmark product of human civilization,national culture is characterized by scarcity,uniqueness,richness and diversity.National culture is an importantpart of tourism products,which has a high tourism development value.At present,with the development of national cultural tourism economy,theinfluence factors increased: such as the promotion of the market economy and the negative guidance of governmentdepartments.Meanwhile,the protection of national cultures wasn’t payed much attention.The relationship between tourism economy development with national culture protection was not harmonious,which means that the tourism economy and national culture developed unsimultaneously.The purpose of this paper is toput forward some pertinent and operational solutions to protect national culture,through investigating the new situations and new problems brought by the development of tourism economy in the Bai nationality in Sangzhi County of Zhangjiajie City.The Sangzhi Bai people migrated from Dali,Yunnan Province 700 years ago,they are typical Hakka peoples and have characteristics such as migration inheritance,innovation,and unique brilliance.Firstly,this paper analyzed the current situation of domestic and overseas culture protection and tourism economic development theories.And introduced the relevant policies,plans and guarantee mechanism of the development of tourism economy in Sangzhi County,Zhangjiajie City.Then this paper introduced the culture development status,the content of Bai culture and the protection status of Bai culture in Sangzhi County,and analyzed the achievements and existed problems of Bai culture tourism development and cultural protection of Sangzhi County.Thirdly,through theoretical analysis,investigating of policy and exploration of the current situation,this paper put forward four new problems exsited at the development of tourism economy and the protection of national culture,and gave the conclusion of this paper: under the background of tourism economic development,the protection of national culture needed to be discussed from a long-term perspective and coordinated with the NGO.And did not lose the long-term development of national culture due to short-term economic benefits.Finally,this paper discussed three countermeasures to strength traditional rituals,which was returning to traditional seriousness,downplaying short-term benefits,pursuing long-term value,adjusting the role of government,and playing an active guiding role.
