The development of music education in China's rural areas has been in an unbalanced state,which is not in line with the task of building a well-off society in an all-round way.In order to promote the balanced development of urban and rural education,enrich the spiritual and cultural life of rural minors,and strengthen the construction of rural minors' extracurricular activities,China has been building and promoting the project of rural school children's palace nationwide since 2011.Up to now,more than 20 million rural minors have benefited from it.In the field survey,from Director Civilization Office in Hunan Province and of Lixian Youth Palace,it is known that the rural school children's palace built on the basis of Dayan Lizhen Primary School has become a model of Lixian District construction,especially its music activities combined with local folk culture and art have won high public praise.Therefore,this study chooses the music activities of the Youth Palace of Dayan Yazhen Village School as a case study.Firstly,on the basis of the rise of juvenile palace in rural schools,this paper focuses on the general situation of the operation of juvenile palace in rural schools in Dayan Yazhen and the development of its music activities.Then,by using questionnaires and interviews,the author investigates the current situation of the music activities in juvenile palace in rural schools in Dayan Yazhen,and finds that although the musicactivities of juvenile palace have promoted the development of rural music education,they have not yet.Maturity is mainly manifested in the fact that the music activities of the Children's Palace can not cover the villages and primary schools in the town,the daily management is not standardized enough,and the professional accomplishment of music teachers is not enough,which is related to the lack of understanding of music activities by school leaders and the shortage of funds.Secondly,a deeper analysis of the results of the survey shows that the music activities carried out in the Children's Palace of Dayan Yazhen Village School have indeed achieved results,such as improving the conditions for the development of music activities,alleviating the tension of music teachers in rural areas,meeting the individual needs of left-behind children in rural areas,playing a positive role in inheriting local music culture,but there are also days for music activities.Finally,according to the results of the survey,some suggestions are put forward,such as broadening the financing channels,innovating the promotion mode of the music activities of the children's palace,actively developing the school-based curriculum of the special music activities,in the hope of further promoting the promotion of the children's palace in rural schools and its music activities.It has been carried out smoothly.
