Acoustic Analysis On Retroflex Of Thai Students From Universities In Xi’an

Under the background of the global integration tendency,as china and Thailand continue to strengthen exchanges,more and more Thailand students are aware of the importance of the Chinese language,and began to learn the Chinese language.Phonetics is the foundation of learning Chinese and also the difficulties for Thailand students to learn Chinese,in the process of pronunciation learning,errors are inevitable.After searching for previous studies,it is found that there are a lot of research for Thailand students’ phonetic learning bias of the article,but most of existing researching is about the comparison of Chinese and Thai pronunciation system,and based on the theory of interlanguage on word recognition test,from the acoustic phonetics perspective to the analysis and research of Thailand students’ Chinese Consonant Errors article not more.This article takes the Thai students as the research objects and the retroflex as the entry point to analysis the pronunciation obstacle,attempting from the acoustic phonetics perspective on Thai students Chinese Initial Consonant Errors of inquiry,and analyzing the causes of these errors,and provide some teaching strategies and recommendations should be relatives with.This paper mainly gives a detailed comparison of Chinese language system and Thai language system from initials,to find indifferences and similarities aims at predicting the error that Thai students are likely to make.Collected student’s pronunciation and demonstrate the process of error produced by spectrogram.Through the analysis of experimental phonetics,we can find the inappropriate ways in pronunciation of Thai students.Then mainly gives a detailed analysis of the reasons why Thai students make Chinese phonetic errors.The last chapter provides some referable solution about retroflex errors for Thai students and making the posttest for these measures.
