People’s consumption habits and ideas have changed dramatically with the rapid development of information technology and the popularity of smart phones in China.After the "Internet +" action plan proposed by Premier Li Keqiang in 2015,more and more network platforms have begun to go to the stage of history and moved from PC to smart phones and portable terminals such as IPAD.APP marketing has rapidly become a new generation of marketing tools that enterprises are admired,and its specific marketing concepts such as pertinence,timeliness,richness,interest and interaction make enterprises flock to them.The "Internet +" APP platform is the specific application of "Internet +" in the music art.It is essentially "Internet + music art".Through integrating social leisure music art resources,through continuous incubation,training,the continuous accumulation of loyal fans,it gradually become a kind of high-end service for music art,with full service.It meets people’s unremitting pursuit of a better life and solves the imbalance problem between supply and demand.This paper is going to discuss Huanzhi art APP Platform.Firstly,We are going to analyses systematically the materials that had been collected and summarize the related theories of marketing on the basis of lots of literature.Then we are going to analyzes the macro environment in which the APP platform is incubated by Potter from the aspects of politics,economy,society,humanities,science and technology.Using the five kinds of competition of Potter,the competitive environment of enterprises will be shown.The advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Huan zhi art APP platform are going to be analyzed with SWOT theory.Secondly,the main competitors of Huan zhi Art APP platform will be analyzed and judged,and the market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning are carried out by the STP rule,and the platform of the APP platform is carefully positioned according to the platform strategy theory and the target market selected by itself.Finally,combining with the development status of this APP platform,marketing strategy safeguard measures are going to be put forward.This article is not only conducive to the development of the marketing of APP platform,but also a reference for the enterprises with the same market environment and competitive situation in China to deal with the market competition and create the marketing competitiveness.
