An Analysis Of The Image Of Xiwangmu In Suide's Eastern Han Dynasty

The portrait of XiWangmu is one of the important subjects of stone reliefs in han dynasty.Taking the image of XiWangmu as the object of study,this paper analyzes that the image of XiWangmu appears on the tomb gate stone as an intermediary space,and its image composition unit and its combination have special spatial function and symbolic significance.With the method of image analysis,this paper treats the image of XiWangmu as an organic whole with continuous development.Based on the change of the image of XiWangmu,the paper concludes that the image of XiWangmu has developed into the "superiority type" and "bisector type" successively.It also analyzes the social consciousness and aesthetic needs of decoration conveyed by this change phenomenon,so as to know more accurately the han painting artistic expression with the theme of XiWangmu as the core.About stone XiWangmu image technology,the use of "template" let it began to appear symmetry layout,the material of sandstone and shale can only make it present the silhouette effect,this kind of artistic performance for later other arts has a certain degree of influence,especially the minimalist style of modern decorative arts performance has important significance.
