Research On The Evolution Of The Art Of Famille-rose Porcelain From Jiaqing Reign To Xuantong Reign In Qing Dynasty

Since the beginning of the late Kangxi Reign,the famille-rose porcelain reached its development peak during the Yongzheng and Qianlong Reigns.During the period from Jiaqing to Xuantong,the state's financial resources fell rapidly due to the turbulent social situation.The quantity and quality of porcelain including famille-rose porcelain were gradually lower than that of the former reigns.Related monographs on the evolution of famille-rose porcelain art from Jiaqing Reign to Xuantong Reign are not illustrated in details,but there are also lots of fine famille-rose porcelain at this stage,which ought not to be ignored.In this paper,it takes the advantage of the evolution of the characteristics of famille-rose porcelain as a clue to the study.A large number of ancient books,historical materials,literatures and related catalogues are employed in the literature research method.The development background of the famille-rose porcelain and the firing of the imperial kiln and folk kilns are systematically sorted out.On the basis of these,take the methods of field survey,visiting intangible cultural inheritors,antique porcelain workshops,ancient ceramic restoration workshops,etc.,to understand the traditional famille-rose process.The comparative study method is used to study the similarities and differences of the artistic characteristics of famille-rose porcelain in different stages,then it summarizes the evolution laws of the artistic characteristics of famille-rose porcelain made in Jiaqing Reign to Xuantong Reign.Through the analysis of the background of the development of famille-rose porcelain in the political economy,culture and imperil kiln porcelain,this paper analyzes the artistic characteristics of famille-rose porcelain made in imperil kiln and folk kilns from Jiaqing Reign to Xuantong Reign in the aspects of famille-rose porcelain modeling,decoration and artistic style.In these ways,it tries to find its evolution law,that is,the variety of famille-rose porcelain shapes changed from diversification to singularity;the decorative forms developed from patterns to painting;the theme of famille-rose porcelain decoration evolved from elegance to secularization,as well as its decorative style progressed gorgeousness toward simplicity.This thesis summarizes the basic laws of the evolution of famille rose porcelain art characteristics from Jiaqing Reign to Xuantong Reign,and analyzes the factors affecting its changes.It aims to comprehensively analyze and supplement the characteristics of famille rose porcelain art from Jiaqing Reign to Xuantong Reign in Qing Dynasty so as to provide a historical reference for the contemporary creation of famille rose porcelain.
