Translation Practice Report

After the collapse of the bubble economy,Japan has adopted a policy of increasing fiscal expenditure and reducing taxes in order to maintain economic development.However,the long-term increase of fiscal expenditure will inevitably lead to the imbalance of fiscal revenue and expenditure,which greatly limits the development of Japanese economy.The Japanese government maintains Japanese finance by issuing treasury bonds.Therefore,the debt dependence degree shows an upward trend year by year.This is in a leading position among developed countries.The more issuance of Treasury bonds,the heavier the burden on the country.This will not help Japan's economic recovery.In addition,in recent years,Japan is facing the increasingly serious problems of aging,younger children and weak economic vitality.Aging means the reduction of social labor force.To ensure the lives of the elderly,society needs more capital investment and infrastructure construction.Therefore,the financial source has become a very urgent problem.The current situation of Japanese society makes economists have to think about the future trend of Japanese society,and begin to shift their focus to tax increase,which gradually becomes the preferred policy to balance fiscal expenditure.As for Japan's tax reform,it has gone through several stages and its complexity can be imagined.However,the path Japanese society has experienced is also of great significance to our country.By translating the relevant contents of Japanese tax reform,this paper summarizes the translation theory and expects to acquire knowledge of other tax knowledge points.This paper takes Shi Hongguang,the former chairman of the Government Tax Investigation Commission,as the reference text,referring to Chinese tax knowledge,using translation theory and proper noun translation as guidance,comparing other translation texts,and summing up translation methods to translate the contents of the above-mentioned books.This paper mainly focuses on four parts.The first part is the introductionof the purpose and significance of translation.The second part explains the preparation process of book translation,and explains the translation theory and methods at each stage.The third part analyses how to translate specific sentences and paragraphs according to translation theory.The fourth part is a summary of the translation process.This translation will be helpful for future study.
