| Senior high school is an important stage of individual development.The transformation from junior high school students to senior high school students not only represents their gradual physical maturity,but also a key step to further improve their psychological maturity and socialization.When students enter a new environment,they are faced with academic adaptation,interpersonal adaptation,and their mental health level also fluctuates.Therefore,how to help fresh students to complete their study and interpersonal adaptation as soon as possible and maintain a good mental health level is an issue of great concern to schools and parents.Family is the first school we step into,and the family environment will exert a subtle influence on the physical and mental development of individuals.According to Bronfenbrenner’s ecosystem theory,to ensure the effectiveness of mental health education in educational practice,students,schools and families should be comprehensively considered.Effective improvement of students’ academic,interpersonal adaptability and mental health level requires cooperation between schools and parents.Therefore,based on the ecosystem theory,this study discusses the relationship between the family environment of Fresh students of senior high school and their academic adaptability,interpersonal adaptability and mental health,so as to provide targeted references for the effective development of mental health education in schools.Research chooses the family environment scale,the learning adaptability test,the test for the general relationships of middle school students ","the mental health diagnostic test" as a research tool,using the method of cluster sampling of 661 students in grade one middle schools of jinan family environment,academic adaptability,interpersonal adaptability and mental health of the assessment,using SPSS 23.0 descriptive statistics,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The research results are as follows:(1)The self-rated family environment of fresh students of senior high school is generally good,and there are significant gender differences.The problems mainly focus on the factors of independence,success and knowledge.The overall academic adaptability of fresh students is good,but there are still 14.6% students have academic adaptation problems.The overall interpersonal adaptability of fresh students of senior high school is good,but 21.2% of them still have interpersonal adaptability problems.The general mental health of fresh students of senior high school is not so good,with a low average grade,42.4% of them are prone to or have serious problems.(2)There were significant correlations among the family environment,academic adaptability,interpersonal adaptability and mental health of fresh students in senior high school.(3)Some factors of the family environment of fresh students can significantly predict their academic adaptability,interpersonal adaptability and mental health level.(4)The academic adaptability of fresh students in senior high school plays a completely mediating role between family environment and mental health.The interpersonal adaptability plays a part of mediating role between family environment and mental health. |
