Based on the core concept of self-state in TA theory and the method of social work,this study explored the ways to improve adolescent self-map by adjusting the scores of adult self-state(A),caring parental self-state(NP)and free child self-state(FC)in adolescent self-map,It proves that the group work method of social work is effective in improving it.At the same time,it cultivates teenagers' goal planning,logical thinking ability,adaptability and interpersonal communication ability,so as to make teenagers develop towards a healthier state.In this study,two classes of senior one in an experimental middle school in Shandong Province were selected by cluster sampling.All the students in one class were randomly selected as the experimental group(50 students)and all the students in the other class as the control group(50 students).The questionnaire designed on the basis of Ego-Gram self-state scale designed by Dusay was used as the measuring tool,Objectively and quantitatively responding to the improvement of the self-map of the subjects,and using observation method to assist in judging the experimental results.The results show that: in terms of quantity,the post-test of the experimental group is healthier than the pre-test on the whole,while the change of the control group is not significant.There was no correlation between the changes of health types and gender differences between the experimental group and the control group.In the experimental group,there were significant differences among the three dimensions of adult self-state(A),controlled parental self-state(CP)and obedient child self-state(AC)in adolescent self-image.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in the experimental effects of adult self-state(A)and caring parental self-state(NP)dimensions of adolescents in the experimental group.Through the research,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The Self-maps of students before and after the intervention of social workers have changed;(2)The difference of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.(3)Group work can effectively improve the self-image of adolescents in sub-health state,and the improvement effect is more obvious for adolescents and adults.(4)The effect of the experiment is not related to the difference between male and female.Therefore,the author suggests that self-image of adolescents can be improved by home-school co-education.Combining with self-map,promote the comprehensive and individualized development of adolescents;Attempting role exchange or role playing,giving teenagers the power of "mastering the house";Set up a group of parents to help each other and discuss the training plan.
