During the teaching of Chinese as a second language,teaching materials restrain the teachers' teaching,the idea of writing teaching material is a mirror of the contemporary teaching method,teaching ideas and etc.This thesis is an analytical study on the cultural section of the series of HSK Standard Course,to summary the characteristics of its writing by the way of content analysis,through the face to face interview with the teachers and students,to list its teaching qualities in the reality;then under the foundation of the theories of teaching material writing and culture teaching in the class,to find the advantages and disadvantages of the writing of the cultural section of HSK Standard Course,and offer some constructive advices.This thesis consists of five parts.Chapter one is an introduction of the study background,research meaning and method,the research object.Chapter two concerns those characteristics of writing cultural section and teaching culture in the classroom,paying the theory foundation for the whole thesis.Chapter three clears out all the included cultural section,with the content analysis method and interviewing,to find out the qualities of cultural section of the HSK Standard Course.Chapter four concludes the study and tries to make the correspondent advices.Chapter five is the end of the whole essay,through the study on the cultural section,to outline the culture in the teaching material and its importance during the process of developing the communicative skill.
