| Objective:Designing a group scheme of psychological sitcom with the theme of love relationship,which is suitable for school work,and analyzing the change of psychological maturity of love through quantitative research,and exploring which aspect of the scheme has changed through qualitative research.to verify the effect of group counseling activities on college students’psychological maturity in love psychologyMethods:After controlling extra variabels(the educational background,motivation,emotional state and age and sex etc),there are 18 students met the requirements,of which 9 were in the experimental group and 9 in the control group.In the process of group counseling,2 people were dropped early,and 14 valid questionnaires were obtained after eliminating the data of the experimental group and the corresponding control group,of which 7 were the experimental data and 7 were the control data.The 6-week classwere held once a week,the backgroud imformation of studnets and the scores of psychological maturity of love were collected before group counseling.The experimental group and the control group were tested after the test,and both the experimental group and control group were followed uphalf a month later.SPSS32.0 and independent sample t test and paired sample t test were used to analyze the data,and the scores of the two groups were compared.It is concluded that group counseling of psychological sitcom can improve the psychological maturity of college students in love,and conduct a qualitative study on the effect of group interview to find out the factors that affect the group counseling activities of the psychological sitcom of love..Results:1.Independent sample t-test was performed on the pre-test and the post-test of the control group and experimental group respectively.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in each dimension of the psychological maturity of love between the two groups.which proved homogeneity.After the independent sample t-test of the two posttests,it was found that there were significant differences in the dimension of temperament between the experimental group and the control group.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the dimensions of love psychological maturity between the experimental group and the control group.2.The results of variance analysis showed that the main effect of time on the total score of love psychological maturity was significant,and the interaction effect between time and group was significant.The main effect of group was not significant,and that among the four dimensions of psychological maturity in love,the main time effect of the dimension of temperament was significant;the main time effect of the other dimensions was not significant,the main effect of group was not significant,and the interaction effect of time and group was not significant.3.A a qualitative study was conducted to show that the improvement of the psychological maturity of the psychological scene play a role in the following aspects:(1)Being able to understand the true thoughts of the opposite sex;(2)to see their own story through the plot;(3)to changes their life through their own role or watching the plot;(4)sincere and harmonious atmosphere makes it easier for members to accept others’ suggestions.Conclusion:1.Group counseling of psychological sitcom has feasibility and maneuverability,and improves the psychological maturity of college students.2.Group counseling of psychological sitcom can increase the interest in love3.Psychological sitcom group counseling has no significant effect on the relationship pressure,caring and concept of marriage and love between partners in love.4.Group counselling in psychological sitcoms can be improved through the following four aspects:(1)Being able to understand the true thoughts of the opposite sex;(2)to see their own story through the plot;(3)to changes their life through their own role or watching the plot(4)The sincere and harmonious atmosphere makes it easier for the members to accept the suggestions of others. |
