Peking Opera,As the essence of Chinese traditional culture,contains the profound cultural connotation and artistic connotation of China over 5000 years,and is rich in a strong cultural thought.The continuous development of global economy,more and more people are dining out,it has been proved that an excellent corporate vision identification system plays an important role in the development of brand.But there are few cases of the combination of traditional Peking Opera cultural elements and restaurants on the market.Combining traditional culture with modern life,a new model of development of the integration of culture,art and economy is pursued.This thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the source and significance of the project design,as well as the current situation and theoretical basis at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly completes the classification of the elements of the traditional Peking Opera,and expounds the historical features and cultural connotations of the traditional Peking Opera elements,and the relationship between the traditional Peking Opera elements and the restaurant VI design.The third chapter mainly reflects on the traditional Peking Opera elements in the Peking Opera restaurant VI design expression,formal language and artistic rule,and makes a clear analysis and definition of the traditional Peking Opera elements in the “Capital” restaurant VI design.The fourth chapter discusses the value of traditional Peking Opera elements in VI design and application of “Capital” restaurant,and deduces the VI design works of modern “Capital”restaurant with rhythmic change.The fifth chapter analyses writing shortage and prospect of this thesis?There are two points in the innovation of this thesis?First,finding out the graphics that fit the brand of “Capital” restaurant from traditional Peking Opera elements,extracting and integrating them into brand design,and enhancing brand culture and artistic value.Second,looking for a specific way of application of VI elements,such as logo design and tableware design,to inherit and carry forward Chinese traditional culture with another more acceptable new situation.
