Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of Higher Calligraphy Education In Shanxi Province

As an early province that establishes higher calligraphy education in the country,Shanxi has achieved fruitful teaching results and trained and transported a large number of talents nationwide.This paper mainly takes "Study on the Higher Calligraphy Education in Shanxi Province" as the research object,and conducts a comprehensive and meticulous investigation on the colleges that offer calligraphy in various regions of Shanxi Province.First of all,the status quo of the eight colleges and universities in Shanxi Province will be investigated,namely,analyzing and comparing the basic situation of each college,from the founding time,the scale of schooling,the course of development to the resources of teachers and students,for understanding the development of calligraphy in various colleges and universities.Secondly,after understanding the basic situation of each college that sets up calligraphy,the courses,training methods and training directions of calligraphy education in colleges and universities will be taken into further consideration so as to gain a clear understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of colleges and universities that set up calligraphy in a multidimensional vision.Finally,in view of the above-mentioned situations,such problems are found hindering the development of discipline construction in universities as insufficiency in teaching resources like the teachers,singleness in source of the students,unreasonableness of the training objectives and the curriculum and,given the above problems,some corresponding suggestions will be put forward for contributing to advancing the higher calligraphy education of Shanxi.
