Linxian three-stringed book,also known as the "blind storytellers".It is mainly popular in the middle reaches of the Yellow River in Lvliang and parts of Shan’xi Province,especially in Linxian.It’s unique geographical features and historical humanities so that it had formed a local musie and language characteristics of the folk rap art.As an ancient art,the three-stringed book had a long history and a profound base of people.It has a relatively rich books,including traditional books and new books.Its contents are mostly based on history and daily life.It is easy to understand and catch,suitable for people of all ages,so it is widely loved by the masses.In recent years,because of the rapid development of society and the influence of some fashion culture and art,it is almost disappear.It is hoped that the narration of this paper will play people’s attention to it.Making more people study and protect this dying folk art and giving full play to its due value.This paper is divided into three chapters.Through the analysis of the historical origin,development status,artistic characteristics,content a form,protection measures and so on,to illustrate the significance of the existence of this art.The first chapter mainly introduces the geographical environment,history and humanities,development context and current situation of the three-stringed book,make a preliminary understanding of the three-stringed book as a whole.The second chapter analyses the artistic features of the three-stringed book in terms of its musical,linguistic and performance characteristics,so that people can have a better understanding of the three-stringed book in terms of melody,rhythm,accompaniment,mode of transmission,rhyme and performance.The third chapter is the analysis of the content and form of the books,so that people can understand the structure of the three-stringed book and the ideological and cultural values it reflects.In addition,according to the development status of the three-stringed book,make some feasible protection measures,so that more people pay attention to it.
