| Collective memory carries the emotions,cultures and beliefs that a country has precipitated in its historical development.Therefore,every nation in every country attaches great importance to the preservation,inheritance and construction of collective memory.The documentary has become one of the important ways to preserve,inherit and construct collective memory with its non-fictional documentary nature.With the change of the communication context,both the content production,the communication channels and the audience’s information acceptance habits have changed,and video and fragmentation have become the trend of information dissemination and acceptance.In order to adapt to the changes in the context of communication in order to obtain a broader space for communication and influence,the way in which the mainstream media constructs collective memory is also constantly innovating.The micro-documentary is a new form of documentary film developed to adapt to the logic of new media communication,with its short and precise the characteristics,vivid visual performance,and quick and easy sharing of interactions become the first choice for constructing collective memory.Xinhua News Agency launched the Hundreds of micro-documentary National Album in September 2016.After the broadcast,it won unanimous praise and became an effective practice for the mainstream media to construct collective memory and innovative expression.This article takes this as the research object,explores the transformation of the mainstream media in the production and construction of collective memory in the new media environment,analyzes how to use the news photos to produce the collective memory text,and select which symbols activate the memory,and how to use the image narrative to reshape the memory and ultimately realize the construction of the subject identity and knowledge belief.The first chapter analyzes the realistic context of collective memory image discourse construction,explains the urgency and importance of collective memory construction.The second chapter mainly discusses the ways in which National Album activates collective memory.Explain the image discourse by selecting the unique memory symbols in the development of the nation-state,and constructing the nostalgic context through visual reproduction,and causing emotional resonance under the traction of auditory language,thus activating the collective memory of the viewer.The third chapter focuses on the reconstruction of collective memory in National Album.The micro-documentary through the image ideographic system,such as storytelling narrative,scene reappearance,setting suspense narrative techniques,reconstructing collective memory according to hidden discourse logic,thus realizing the meaning expression of memory discourse: constructing social subject identity and knowledge belief.On this basis,the fourth chapter explores the value of the National Album to construct collective memory,which is conducive to the continuation of cultural memory,the cultural care of public issues,and the spirit of the Chinese spirit.National Album as a mainstream media in a successful memory practice in cyberspace,has great inspiration for the same type of documentary creation.The thesis cuts into the three dimensions of memory subject,presentation mode and communication route,and discusses the path of constructing collective memory in National Album,in order to provide reference for the construction of collective memory image discourse in the Internet age. |
