With the sustainable development of economy and society,China's film market has also entered a new period.Not only the overall competitive situation is becoming more and more fierce,but also the audience's taste requirements and viewing experience of the film are also paying more and more attention.In the process of selecting film works,word-of-mouth and quality have undoubtedly become the main reference elements of the audience.Music can provide a strong basis for promoting the diversification of the film market and enriching the connotation of film art and culture.Meanwhile,it can also play an important role in the prosperity of China's film market.As a popular way of cultural entertainment,the development and prosperity of the film industry is of great significance and value to the construction of the national cultural industry and the development of the economy.With the various media and modes of communication brought about by the Internet,the promotion and distribution of films is no longer limited to the traditional model.At the same time,music is affected by it,its wider audience and rapid short-term dissemination and other characteristics have also played a greater role in the promotion and popularization of the film.To a certain extent,music communication and film propaganda are closely related to each other.After consulting a large number of literature and empirical investigation,the author found that although a large number of existing literature not only involves the dissemination of music,but also has a more in-depth analysis of the propaganda and distribution of the film.However,there is very little literature on the relationship between the two.Through the study of music communication,this paper tries to link the propaganda and distribution of the film with it,and discusses how to make full use of the function and effect of music communication in the film propaganda and distribution,so as to make the best use of the advantages and characteristics of music and music communication,study the strategies of music communication in promoting film propaganda and distribution,promote film propaganda and distribution,and make certain contributions to the development of the film industry.This paperincludes the following four parts:The first chapter puts forward the research proposition of the music communication function in film propaganda and distribution.This paper mainly discusses the background and significance of the topic,and integrates the relevant literature at home and abroad from the two directions of film communication and music communication.In addition,the main object of the study and the research strategy of the application are defined.The second chapter defines the related concepts of music,music communication,film propaganda and distribution by combing the series of research results and combining with the relevant concepts and theories of film propaganda and music communication,expounds the communication characteristics of music in the streaming media era and the present situation of Chinese film propaganda and distribution.The third chapter analyzes the application of music communication in film propaganda and distribution from two aspects of function and effect.First of all,combined with the empirical research and data analysis of the questionnaire survey,this paper discusses the effect of music communication in film propaganda and distribution.Secondly,through the summary of the basic functions of music and music communication,this paper sums up the four functions of music communication in film propaganda and distribution,which are information metaphor generalization,emotional resonance,image shaping and music marketing,and enumerates the case to carry on the analysis.The fourth chapter combines the role and effect of music communication in film propaganda and distribution,and based on the results of the questionnaire survey,discusses the content production,platform delivery and media innovation,so as to get the countermeasures of strengthening film propaganda and distribution through music communication.Among them,the strategy of content production is to complete bundling marketing through hot spot manufacturing and utilization;to mobilize audience emotion through feelings binding,emotion binding,story binding and so on;to establish the conditional response between audience and film through auditory image shaping.The countermeasures taken in the platform launch are the use of music culture based on the combination of three types of platform music communication channels,including music playing platform,video live broadcast platform,short video playback platform.In the aspect of media convergence innovation,we should use fragmented BGM to carry out media convergence innovation,expand newdistribution channels and support film-related non-payment model.It is of great theoretical value to explore the music communication function in film propaganda and distribution for music communication and communication research.At the same time,for the research on the new model of music and film propaganda and distribution,it can also provide valuable enlightenment for the development and promotion of the domestic film market.
