| Fictive motion is a metaphorical movement process in which object or abstract concept occurs in space.The figure includes the "road" or "bridge" which is substantial.It can be "light" or "shadow" which is without substance,or it can be the "eye" or "line of sight" that people have imagined.This study found that the use of fictive motion commonality among different language groups is related to innate ability of biological psychology.Furthermore,personality is related with grammatical structure and culture;fictive motion commonality in the group is related to cultural communication,personality and experience related to the way of thinking-In addition to the need for extensibility,the subjects in fictive motion sentences of Chinese and Korean need to be associative.In the use of verbs,compound verbs or some verbs can appear simultaneously in the Chinese and Korean fictive motion sentences,but the order in Chinese expression is not as strong as in Korean.The path in fictive motion expression of Chinese and Korean is the necessary information.The verb in Korean can encode the path information and the automatic word needs to add the path information.In Korean,it could be used compound words to express path information or prepositional phrases.In Chinese,there is only one way to move word with prepositional phrases.The path in fictive motion expression of Chinese and Korean can be either a real route or a fictional route.In terms of tense.Korean tends to use the current time or state while Chinese tends to use the general present tense.The analysis of the performance of fictive motion expression in Chinese and Korean provides a further typological basis for the study of motion events in the depth field. |
