Vocabulary is an indispensable part of teaching material,and it has great influence on teaching achievement.Language learning is inseparable from vocabulary learning.The choice of words by the editor in the textbook,the difficulty and quantity of these words as well as the level of vocabulary will all affect the learning effect of students.Therefore,the vocabulary compiled and collected in textbooks becomes one of the decisive factors for learners'learning effect.In this paper,a total of four volumes of the classic textbook"Boya Chinese"used in China and the classic textbook"Integrated Chinese levell"used in the United States are selected as the research objects.In terms of vocabulary quantity,it is found that the total amount of new words in the two sets of textbooks is inconsistent with the provisions of relevant standards,and the amount of new words needs to be increased.The vocabulary difference between the two courses of"BoyaChinese"and the average vocabulary of each course is better than that of"IntegratedChineselevell".In terms of vocabulary level,a comparison is made between the new words in the two sets of textbooks and the Chinese proficiency vocabulary and Chinese character rating outline.It is found that the vocabulary of the two sets of textbooks is mainly in line with the characteristics of grade a words and a small number of grade b words.In terms of text vocabulary annotation,the text vocabulary annotation of IntegratedChinese levellpartl pays attention to combining the language learning errors of American students,while the chapter of BoyaChinese is not as good as the chapter of Integratedlevellpartl,which needs to be improved.On title number and topic,the levell listening,speaking,reading and writing in Chinese vocabulary practice subject number and type is better than"Boya Chinese started article is rich,topic strength is higher than the start"boya Chinese","start"Boya Chinese vocabulary practice topic lay particular stress on the days of the imitation memory exercises,part ii vocabulary practice topic focus on comprehension exercises,the levell listening,speaking,reading and writing in Chinese vocabulary practice topic comprehension of lay particular stress on practice and communicative practice.In terms of practice content,it is found that Boya Chinese starter is superior to IntegratedChinese levell in vocabulary phonetic practice and Boya Chinese starter is superior to Integrated Chinese levell in language skills training.In the last chapter,the author puts forward Suggestions from four aspects of this study.
