The 5000-year-history has endowed China with numerous glories and treasures,its culture is even more astonishing than its historical diversity.China is one of the three ancient countries which have a long alcoholic culture,and even the only one that still preserves its alcoholic culture,making wine has always been playing a major role in Chinese people's daily life.The skills of making wine have been passed down from one generation to another.A very famous article called “The Water,The Wine and The People”has built its rocks on the history of Da An Brewery,explored the heritage of brewing techniques in Liao&Jin Dynasty by focusing on “Water-Wine-Man” line.This piece of work introduced the exploration and heritage of historical culture after a vivid description to the natural scenery in Nenjiang District;it has truly displayed us the amazing brewing technique of “Ice Cutting Wine Making Technique”.Meanwhile,it depicted how Kong Linghai,the inheritor of Da An ancient brewing technique,i.e.,Ice Cutting Wine Making Technique,—recovered the long-lost brewing skill after thousands of trials.Finally this article gave us reflections on the dilemma in contemporary protection of Non-material Cultural Heritage and solutions.The thesis is written in four parts: the first part is to interpret the relationship between learning courses and work creation.The second part is about the subject and concept of the work,introducing the people who contributed to the restoration of the wine-making techniques in Liao Dynasty and the importance of protecting non-material cultural heritage.Part III exhibits us audio-visual language and artistic features,explains the technical presentation by using lens language,combination of the image construction,and editing.At last Part IV is mainly about the reflection and evaluation of the work,trying to explore the value of film and to arouse people's attention and reflection on this problem,hence,find a new way of inheritance and development of the brewing techniques,and based on this,explore the significance in dissemination of good traditional culture.
