Systems Thinking Of Non-material Cultural Heritage Inheritance

Hebei Changli Ti Yang Ko is one of the most representative artistic performance forms in Hebei Province. With a unique art performing form, it was listed in the first batch of state-level non-material cultural heritage directory in 2006. Changli Ti Yang Ko is a native folk art in the country, and its development of it concerns the daily life of local people, so it has a broad mass base. People all dance Changli Ti Yang Ko when they are at rest, after dinner or in the holidays. Changli Ti Yang Ko not only reflects the local people’s aesthetic standard, but also reflects local people’s enthusiasm and positive attitude towards life. With the unique fitness value and commercial value, nowadays, Changli Ti Yang Ko is no longer just a form of entertainment. However, in this era of opportunities and challenges, we can’t just stop because of its brilliant achievements, as its problems shows up clearly in the development. So the government of Hebei province has begun the protection and development the work of Changli Ti Yang Ko. As a member of Hebei and a dancer, I have the duty to contribute my strength.to develop the folk dance art.This paper uses literature collection, expert interviews, field trips, video collection and questionnaire analysis methods to study the topic. The second chapter of this paper set out to study the rise and performing form of Changli Ti Yang Ko, and in the third chapter, it puts forward the problems of Changli Ti Yang Ko in the development. The fourth and fifth chapter involves the protection of Changli Ti Yang Ko and its significance of heritage. Finally, it summarizes all the above content in the conclusion part.
