Interest Game And Trade0 Situation Analysis From The Perspective Of Modern Guangxi Customs

As a national organization to supervise import and export trade and collect customs duties,the customs had different organizational structures and operation modes in different historical periods.Before the middle of Qing dynasty,it was always in the mode of tax collection.Strong forces of western powers in China after the opium war,Chinese original old customs system dominated by a foreigner force gradually,with the tax department as the core of the new customs system along with the emergence and spread across the country.In modern times,Guangxi customs was established under the background of the intervention of foreigners and the interest game of various forces.On the one hand,the late Qing and early republic period,the Chinese and foreign forces for control of the customs and import and export trade in Guangxi,on the other hand is the republic of China after the central place to strengthen the control of Guangxi and the contradiction between Guangxi local autonomy.These two contradictions were particularly prominent in the development history of Guangxi customs in modern times,and showed their respective characteristics in the late Qing dynasty,he Old Guangxi Warlord Clique,the New Guangxi Warlord Clique and the Anti-Japanese War period.Taking modern Guangxi customs as the research object,taking the perspective of interest game as the entry point,taking modern Guangxi customs archives and historical materials as the basis,this paper analyzes the development process of modern Guangxi customs and the interest ame of all parties.It can clarify the modern customs in Guangxi in the period of operation and development of import and export trade,deepen our understanding of Guangxi in all aspects of the modern society,the reform and development of foreign trade for contemporary customs institutions provide certain reference.
