The Research Of Psychological Crisis Intervention Dominated By Government After Large Scale Emergency

With the continuous development of society,China has entered an era of frequent emergencies,such as freezing disasters,earthquake disasters,coal mine collapses,and vaccine accidents.With the full popularization of Internet technology,various new media have appeared in people’s field of vision,and information dissemination methods have become more and more abundant,which has caused serious problems.The paper aims to provide a set of work processes and specific strategic methods for psychological crisis intervention after the government-led major from the perspective of administrative management.Through the literature review method and other research methods,the paper describes the concept,classification and characteristics of major emergencies.After a major emergency occurs,it will affect the public’s psychology and behavior:in the psychological aspect,the public will develop anxiety disorders,depression disorders,post-traumatic stress disorder,etc.;in terms of behavior,the public will produce suicidal behavior,revenge and Aggressive behavior,smashing and robbing,etc.Therefore,it is necessaiy to clarify the dominant position of the government after the occurrence of major emergencies and to propose the necessity of psychological crisis intervention.In order to standardize the government’s psychological crisis intervention,this paper puts forward the process of psychological crisis intervention,which includes three major links,namely:psychological crisis prevention link,psychological crisis response link,and psychological crisis recovery link.Finally,from the perspective of public administration,the psychological intervention strategies,information dissemination strategies and long-term protection strategies of different groups of people are proposed for the weak points of psychological crisis intervention after major emergencies,so that the people can successfully survive the crisis after the disaster.
