Wu xinghua is an important poet in the 20 th century.Due to various reasons,wuxinghua has not received enough attention from the academic circle.With the collection of wuxinghua’s poems published,the talented poet attracts more and more scholars to study.Wu xinghua advocates the return of poetry to itself,sparing the expression of grandiloquence and impulse,emphasizing the diversification of forms and techniques,and using reason to explore the true nature of poetry,which is a minority in the development history of Chinese new poetry.Wu xinghua’s poems,no matter from genre,rhythm,rhythm,image,theme,theme,etc.,draw materials from both the east and the west,the ancient and the modern,showing a wide range of knowledge and scholars genius vision,people praise.Wu xinghua pays attention to the connection between poetry and old poetry.In his opinion,the form,expression and artistic conception of the old poems are worth learning from the new ones.Those "free poems" which are completely separated from tradition and free from any rule are not advisable.The new poetry should consider not whether to link with the old poetry,but how much to learn from the old poetry.Wu xinghua practices his own creation idea in his poetry creation,and the rich classical implication in his poetry deserves researchers’ attention.Wu xinghua connects traditional poetry texts by means of intertextuality,such as Canon,parody,quotation,poetic form imitation,structural rules and so on.He tries to modernize the ancient things while endowing his poems with classical characteristics.Through the use of imagery and imagination,wuxinghua constructs a poetic conception full of classical implications in his poems,which is the result of his deliberate efforts.Wu xinghua emphasized the "intellectual" color of poetry,and believed that no good poem could be written by randomly writing poems wherever one wants to write them.In order to write good poems and avoid the disadvantages of "ordinary",it is necessary to read more ancient Chinese and foreign poems and learn from them.The classicism of wuxinghua’s poems embodies the modernization of his old poems and the pursuit of the idea of pursuing the historical consciousness of poems,which has certain reference significance for the development of modern poetry.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the life and creative experience of wuxinghua,and analyzes the historical and personal reasons for the classicalness of his poems.The second chapter analyzes how wuxinghua realizes his neo-classicism in his poems from the perspective of intertextuality.His poems relate the development of new poetry to the old through the use of Canon,parody,imitating and referring to the form and structure of old poetry.The third chapter discusses the artistic connotation of classicism in wuxinghua’s poems,and expounds the construction of classical artistic conception and the aesthetic feeling of "separation" and "separation".The fourth chapter will discuss the significance of the classicism of wuxinghua’s poems to the creation and development of Chinese new poems and the limitations brought by the emphasis of wuxinghua’s poems on the classicism.
