This paper mainly discusses the grammatical forms and semantic types of complements in eighteen kinds of Qin and Han dynasties. The statistical methods and classification descriptions are used to describe the complements in the Qin and Han Dynasties.By using the comparison method, the grammatical forms and semantic types of the complements in the Qin and Han dynasty were compared vertically, revealing the development and changes of the grammatical forms of complements in the Qin and Han dynasties. From the aspects of syllable structure, grammatical forms and semantic features of predicate verbs, this paper discusses the hidden and dominant problems on prepositions before complement in the Han and Han Dynasties; The structure of "verb + noun object + noun complement" in the Qin and Han Dynasties is also discussed. The thesis consists of five parts: the first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter describes the complements in the Qin dynasty, the third chapter describes the complements in the Han dynasty, and the fourth chapter discusses the related issues on complements in the Qin and Han dynasties.Chapter five is the conclusion.Chapter One Introduction. This chapter is divided into four parts, the first part explains the subject reason. The second part introduces the ideas, methods, goals and styles of this article. The third part is a brief introduction to the material. The fourth part is a review of complement research. The second chapter describes the complements in the Qin Dynasty. This chapter is divided into three parts. The first part describes the grammatical forms of the complements in eight kinds of Qin dynasties. The second part describes the semantic types of the complements in eight kinds of Qin dynasties. The third part describes and summarizes the overall appearance of complements in the Qin Dynasty. The third chapter describes the complements in the Han Dynasty. This chapter is divided into three parts. The first part describes the eight Han dynasties on grammatical forms. The second part describes the semantic types of the complements in eight kinds of Han dynasties. The third part describes the overall appearance of the complements in the Han dynasty. The fourth chapter discusses the related issues of the complements in the Qin and Han Dynasties. This chapter is divided into three parts. The first part gives an overview of the overall appearance of the complement in the Qin and Han Dynasties. It is found that the development of complement types in the Qin and Han Dynasties is relatively mature, and basically has all the types of complements. In terms of form, there is a general trend of no prepositions, more phenomenon of subject words as complements, and there are fewer predicates as complements. The second part explores the hidden and domiant problem of prepositions before complement. This part explores the syllable number, the grammatical form, and the semantic features of predicate verbs. It is found that the revealing problem of prepositions has nothing to do with the number of syllables and the grammatical forms of the components after prepositions, which related to the semantic features of predicate verb. The third part discusses the characteristics of the structure of "verb + noun object + noun complement".By comparing the two structures of "verb + noun object + noun complement" and "verb + noun complement + noun object" and analyazing the difference between the two groups,it found that the structure of "verb + noun object + noun complement" dominance is related to the way of noun directly as a complement and the separable dynamic complement structure. The fifth chapter, the conclusion. This part summarizes the overall appearance of the complement in the Qin and Han Dynasties and the determinants of prepositional faintness, the characteristics of the structure of "verb + noun object + noun complement" and the reasons for the large number in the Qin and Han Dynasties.
