Nowadays,China is the second largest economy in the world.At the same time,the rapid economic development brings about changes in various industries.In the next few years,China’s film and television media industry will face two major trends:the disappearance of the demographic dividend,the incremental market into the stock market;Capital inflows tend to rational,the industry reshuffle.In addition,the development of the 13 th five-year Plan,the main social contradictions have changed,the film and television media industry ushered in new opportunities and challenges.Under the impact of many factors,many domestic traditional film and television media enterprises began to carry out strategic transformation.In view of the domestic film and television media enterprises that have already begun to implement the strategic transformation,they should accurately evaluate the effectiveness and deficiency of the current strategic transformation strategy of the enterprises,and understand and master the overall financial situation and operating results of the enterprises.This paper analyzes the financial statements obtained in the strategic transformation period from the vertical and horizontal angles,and on this basis,comprehensively examines the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises in the process of strategic transformation,and helps the enterprises to make timely adjustments and improvements.In response to the gradual maturity of the domestic market.In this paper,the Harvard analysis framework is used to analyze the comprehensive financial situation of the private enterprises in the film and television media industry,and the comprehensive financial situation of the enterprises in the current strategic transition period is analyzed from the strategic point of view.The full text is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,recounting the research background and significance of this paper;The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of financial statement analysis,Harvard analytical framework theory and corporate strategic transformation theory,as well as the comparative analysis of traditional financial analysis method and Harvard analytical framework.The third chapter introduces the general situation of Huayi Brothers Company,focuses on the three stages of the strategic evolution of Huayi Brothers from the beginning of its establishment to the present,and analyzes the strategic transformation path of domestic film and television media enterprises under the industry environment.The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of Huayi brothers’ strategic transformation from the perspective of strategy,accounting,finance and prospect on the basis of the previous chapter.The fifth chapter is based on the analysis of the four dimensions of the fourth chapter,affirms the achievements of Huayi brothers’ strategic transformation,and summarizes the advantages and problems in the process of strategic transformation.Based on the analysis results of each dimension,some suggestions for improvement are put forward.Through the analysis this paper affirms the current strategic transformation direction of Huayi Brothers and the efforts before the enterprise.However,due to the changing environment and lack of advanced management experience and core competitiveness,Huayi transition stumbles.This paper argues that Huayi Brothers should keep the core position of the original film and television entertainment section,continue to expand the sales and distribution channels,and constantly adjust the market positioning;In the accounting aspect,should strengthen the inventory management,expands the sales channel.Integrate the three sectors as soon as possible to improve the profit quality of the enterprise;in the financial aspect,in addition to the traditional film plate also actively create a new profit point,constantly improve the profit quality.In the process of financing,pay attention to expanding financing channels,careful use of financial leverage,strengthen cooperation among enterprises,increase the added value of traditional film industry,create a better development prospects. |
