About Application And Significance Of Water Sleeves In Duo Dance Role

The dancing prop,originally from daily life,is a kind of cultural information which reflects a historical period and carries people's aesthetic orientation and way of thinking in the specific period.The different props can be applied to the dancing works.The water sleeves are the prop epitome of Chinese classical culture.It presents the aesthetic characteristic of coupling hardness with softness in the river of long history,and the systematic presentation techniques have been formed in various dance forms or drama forms.I use the water sleeves in my pas de deux works Role,thus adding the presentation form with the classical aesthetic connotation to the dancing works.The role of water sleeves is intended to point out the theme conception of the dancing works,exaggerating atmosphere,depicting a character and promoting the development of the plot.It not only provides the works with a classical aesthetic connotation,but also reflects the skill of the dance as an exquisite stage art.The most far-reaching significance is providing the bailment of an "object" for the narration of works and emotional expression of character and forming the style in the "restriction" and "application",realizing the concise expression.This paper makes summary of the aesthetic characteristic and ideographic function of water sleeves,and discusses the representation way and function value of water sleeves in the Role.The last part in the paper analyzes the application method and value significance of the prop in the dancing works,and it is intended to make the reflection and summary of the practical experience of editing and creation of my works Role in three aspects.
