Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is a famous Austrian composer and an outstanding representative of classical music in Vienna.He composed enormous and individualistic piano works with his eminent musical gifts and simple and clear artistic styles,which still remain prominent after such a long time.Each of his 20 piano sonatas is full of individualistic and unique characteristics with concise forms,neat positioning,and smooth and natural melody.Each note must be dealt with great care because of its rich humanistic musical contents when played.Although it’s not easy to play them flawlessly and perfectly,it’s the required course for piano performance and teaching.This paper generally describes Mozart’s piano sonata,especially his famous great music works---Piano Sonata in C Major,and analyzes it from three parts:The first part is General Description on Mozart’s Piano Sonata,and the second part is The Characteristic Styles of Piano Sonata in C Major,The third part is The Performance skills of Piano Sonata in C Major.Through above these parts,a simple analysis of the background,melody,and timbre of the style of the work is made from different aspects,so that the player has an understanding of this Mozart’s masterpiece in his later years and can fully and completely present the work and come out.After that,it has a better understanding in the process of music learning,enriches its own knowledge of music,and integrates this understanding with its own understanding into future piano performances.
