| There are landscape types of single and combined units of typical mountain such as rocks,isolated peaks,and canyons in Fanjingshan World Natural Heritage Nominated Property.which preserves unique natural landscapes and natural beauty.It is a typical representative of subtropical mountainous ecosystem and has a high level of aesthetic value.In early 2017,Fanjingshan was treated as the only project of applying for word natural heritage in 2018 by Chinese government formally,and the text of “Fanjingshan in Guizhou” was submitted to the UNESCO World Heritage Center(Paris,France),from October 10 th to October 16 th of the same year,experts from IUCN conducted an on-site assessment of Fanjingshan.Previous to this,research data on aesthetic value of landscape of Fanjingshan is relatively scarce.In order to better cooperate with the work of “Fanjingshan applying for word natural heritage”,this research carried out scientific research related to landscape aesthetics of Fanjingshan.Combining research method of landscape aesthetics with geography according to systems theory,integration of theory with practice from various perspectives of geography,geomorphology,aesthetics,landscape ecology,and tourism resources,analyze and study aesthetic value of natural landscape of Famjingshan and its word heritage value which deeply reference to world heritage criteria(vii)(aesthetic value),"outstanding universal value.Based on the data of literature,pictures,questionnaires,images,paintings and calligraphy,poetry and others,formed mechanics of Fanjingshan landscape and understanding of aesthetic value with differently natural landscape,by methods of field visits,literature review,comparative analysis,expert consultation and expert consultation,and referring to "analogy method" that was put out in “Aesthetic Criteria Application Manual” which published by IUCN in 2013 regarding as guiding principle,global comparative analysis of aesthetic value about mountainous landscape of the world heritage on Fanjingshan is conducted from two dimensions of China and abroad and three-attribute level of “the World Heritage”,“the World Heritage Nominated Property” and “the non-world heritage”.Then it is Concluded as below:1.Landscape and natural beauty of Fanjingshan: Fanjingshan has developed and preserved a completely and typically morphologic spectrum of subtropical mountainous landscape because of its special landscape formation mechanism.It has formed and evolved into a natural landscape complex which has a variety of natural landscape types,diverse structures,rich aesthetic elements and obvious temporal and spatial features.Meanwhile,it has three geological characteristics of rich strata kinds,well exposed,and complex geological structure with well exposed,and well-preserved Quaternary glacial remains,and preserves the wonderful natural landscape and has outstanding landscape aesthetic value and heritage value.2.Global comparison of Fanjingshan landscape aesthetics: it has a global comparison and analysis of Fanjingshan with same kind of comprehensive subtropical mountainous landscape such as “World Heritage”,“Prepared Heritage” and other potential non-inheritance sites from perspective of aesthetic value research.The analysis shows that various characteristics,landscape features and landscape originality which mixed by landscape elements of landscape formation mechanism,mountains,rocks,canyons and clouds of Fanjingshan are obviously different from other subtropical mountainous ecology,and it has a certain representativeness and typicality.3.The world heritage value of landscape aesthetics in Fanjingshan: Aesthetic value of Fanjingshan is prominently reflected in abundance of its landscape types.Fanjingshan covers almost all landscape forms of mountainous region.It is an outstanding example and representative of tectonic landforms of canyon which has high peaks and eroded valley which is eroded deeply by water among same kind of mountainous landscape all over the world,and also has outstanding universal values and contributions in aesthetics.Its aesthetic value is also reflected in vertical differentiation dimension.Basically,in other subtropical humid areas at the same latitude,there are not similar primary ecological forest areas,it completes and enriches aesthetic value of subtropical mountainous ecosystems.By the earth's internal and external forces,Fanjinshan has shaped its various and magnificently mountainous landscapes,making it become a unique and wonderful scenic spot on the earth.It has unique landscape aesthetic values and aesthetic importance,and it has won consistent good evaluation from ancient and modern geologists,geomorphologists,biologists,poets and tourists,in line with world heritage criteria(vii)with a high world heritage value. |
