Research On The Strategy Of Application For World Heritage Of Jinan Spring City Cultural Landscape

In the course of human development,many valuable World Heritage have been created and retained,they have irreplaceable significance for us to review human history,study the symbiotic relationship between man and nature,and seek the way of future development,they are the common wealth of all mankind.All countries of the world have always attached great importance to the application for World Heritage(Hereinafter referred to as "application for World Heritage").If the application is successful,it can not only better protect the World Heritage,but also promote the rapid improvement of local tourism image and create new regional economic growth points.Jinan,known as the "Spring City",is a city born from springs,built for springs and developed for springs.In thousands of years of urban development history,springs and urban life in Jinan blend each other,springs culture has become the quintessence of Jinan history and culture.In order to better protect the spring and inherit the spring culture,Jinan City started the work of application for World Heritage of spring.After several years of practice,now Jinan City combines the"spring" with "the ancient city",has been determined to take "Jinan Spring City cultural landscape" for application for world cultural landscape heritage.The application of World Heritage is a complex and specific systematic project.Based on the application criteria for marking the world cultural landscape heritage,this paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of Jinan Spring City cultural landscape and its application status,studies and discusses the relevant strategies for the application of Jinan Spring City cultural landscape to World Heritage,so as to facilitate the application process of Jinan Spring City management organ for application for World Heritage,clear planning and positioning,and scientifically formulating protection and management plans,developing local legislation and formulating effective protection and management measures,dig the spring culture deeply and tell the story of "Spring City" well,increase publicity efforts and continuously expanding the influence and visibility.The application for World Heritage is for better protection.The process of application for World Heritage is not only the process of increasing publicity to expand the popularity,but also the process of continuously improving the standard of protection.After the successful application for World Heritage,we can not only regard the Spring City cultural landscape as the most shining "business card" of Jinan regional culture,but also can protect it according to the highest and strictest standards of the World Heritage,so as to ensure that the "Spring Culture" has a long history.
